Pixalong.com / Pixalong is a free, outdoor social network, designed to help travelers, tourists and others, to capture, store and link their photos as a new way of fun. This is creative and extremely useful way to make the photos viewable and searchable on Google maps.

Pixalong automatically ties place & time to photos. Then instantly shows your current location and offers you the possibility to tie it with the photo. If your photo is containing a location tag, this app will immedietely show this location on the input map instead of the current location. Even more, Pixalong will let you manualy choose your photo-location.
Easily send your fresh shots with the location. Or send some old photos that contain a geolocation tag and Pixalong will immediately drop it on the map and draw a route line along your photos location. A group of photo-links sorted by image date (image contained date and time of creation) or date of insertion (the date and time you uploaded the photo to Pixalong), whatever sorting method you choose.
If you can't remember the time or the location where you took a picture with your mobile phone or camera, simply use Pixalong. Insert your photos to see where they were taken. Pixalong reveals geotag (exif) data embedded in the photo. It reveals GPS location, coordinates, latitude and longitude of the photo.
Immediately after upload, Pixalong shows the "output map"
with a map view of your photo, containing detailed address and other geolocation (exif) information (if available).
The "output map" shows you all your pictures along with pictures of other users. Those are photos taken near your photos.
